3rd - Q's Roasted Veggie Salsa - Kevin Hoenig
People's Choice  -  Burn- ur-holes - Amanda Axman & Jim Kitto
 
Each winner received a farmers market tote bag and Farmers Market  Gift Certificates.
There were 12 salsa entries.  All of the salsas scored well and the  top 6 salsa's were within 4 points of each other.  There was a variety of ingredients featured in the salsa entries  besides tomatoes, onions and peppers - mango, melon, pineapple,  rosemary, peaches, beans, corn & more.  It was very hard to choose a  favorite.

  1.   Contest is open to anyone.
  2.   All salsa must be homemade and can be canned or fresh. Using market produce or homegrown veggies is encouraged.
  3.   Pick up registration form & rules at Farmers Market, Mt. Pleasant Chamber Alliance, Henry County Extension office, or Print Here.
